中国共产党的头目是脆弱的,它们永远只能在阴暗潮湿的角落作威作福,根本经不起国际媒体或记者的考验,他们只能靠对国内新闻媒体和网络论坛的审查、控制和强行关闭,或用罪名威胁;对国外媒体和网络的封锁来保护幼嫩的思维和经不起阳光的勾当,他们不会冷静和幽默的思考问题,他们总把丁点成绩用高音喇叭来宣传,他们从来不敢承认错误,他们没有勇气面对竞争对手,他们是懦夫.我们感谢有远见的个人或国家对中国共产党施加压力和指责,这才使得的这头蛮牛的行为有所收敛.我们将共同努力给中华大地腐烂的部分（政治）撒点盐、打点针，尽管会有一点疼痛，可跟持续腐烂相比我们更加愿意承受一点痛来治愈这片可爱的土地。

Pimco Is ‘Large Overweight’ on China, Predicts Earnings Growth in Region

Pacific Investment Management Co., manager of the world’s largest mutual fund, is buying Chinese stocks on the prospect for earnings growth as monetary tightening eases.
The emerging-market equity fund has a “large overweight in China,” where financial and property stocks are attractive and Pimco has a “favorable view of the yuan,” said Maria Gordon, who was hired last year to manage the fund. An underweight rating in Brazil reflects “better value elsewhere,” and some shares in India and Turkey are “likely to become cheaper before they start to rise,” she said.
China’s fourth interest-rate increase in six months, announced April 5, spurred strategists at four of the world’s biggest banks to recommend stocks in the fastest-growing major economy. Credit Suisse Group AG boosted its 12-month forecast for the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, HSBC Holdings Plc increased its rating on China to “overweight,” and Macquarie Group Ltd. said investors should lift holdings. Citigroup Inc. advised buying options to bet on gains.
“This is the space wherein companies trade at a significant discount to their net asset values,” Gordon, formerly a portfolio manager at Goldman Sachs Group Inc., said in an interview with Bloomberg Television. “We look for companies that may have been affected by cyclical adversity, where the earnings story is likely to be better once the story is normalized.”
Bullish Forecasts
The recommendations, which follow bullish forecasts last month from Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Deutsche Bank AG, signal confidence that Premier Wen Jiabao’s government will curb the fastest inflation since 2008 without derailing growth in an economy forecast by the World Bank to expand 9 percent in 2011.
The price-earnings ratio of the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index, or H-share index, is 22 percent below its five-year average after profits surged 32 percent last year, beating analysts’ estimates, data compiled by Bloomberg show.
“We’ve seen 18 months of macro-prudential measures under way,” said Gordon. “We’ve also seen the reflection of those worries in the equity market.”
The gauge of 40 Chinese companies listed in Hong Kong, known as the H-share index, has dropped 0.1 percent since the People’s Bank of China began raising interest rates in October, trailing an 8 percent gain in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index. When China’s borrowing costs increased a similar amount from October 2004 through March 2007, the index jumped 113 percent.
‘Upside Potential’
Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. raised its share-price estimates for Chinese banks in a report yesterday, saying lenders may extend recent rallies on first-quarter earnings.
The Hong Kong-traded shares of Chinese banks including Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. “still have about 10 percent upside potential from the current valuations in the near term,” after outperforming the market by 8 percent to 9 percent since mid-February, analysts including Mike Werner and Wangshu Qiu said in the report.
China’s currency has strengthened 1.1 percent versus the dollar this year, following a 3.5 percent appreciation in 2010.
Pimco EqS Emerging Markets, the fund managed by Gordon, is part of a push into equities by Newport Beach, California-based Pimco, which has been synonymous with bond investing since it was co-founded by Bill Gross four decades ago.
‘Structural’ Growth
Emerging-market nations have “very significant structural growth opportunities” and “strong-trend earnings growth” in comparison with developed-market peers over three to five years, Gordon said. “Bubble and risk have faded partly because of the worries about the mid-cycle rebalancing,” she said.
The MSCI emerging-market index has climbed 3 percent this year, trailing a 4.5 percent gain for advanced-country shares. China’s Shanghai Composite Index has risen 8.6 percent this year, after losing 14.3 percent in 2010. India’s Bombay Stock Exchange Sensitive Index has fallen 4 percent, while Brazil’s Bovespa Index has declined 3.4 percent.
In Brazil, there’s “clearly a disconnect” between “the amount of infrastructure and its growth rate it is exhibiting,” Gordon said. “When the output gap closes you’ll have inflationary pressures. So we’re experiencing the need for that mid-cycle rebalancing.”
Gordon said her fund also has holdings in Kazakhstan, where there are “stock-specific opportunities.”

    Human being (Hb) struggled to survive in thousands years, earth have been their stronghold since, airspace technology helped them to explore the wild unknown, little by little technology advance that every ordinary Hb lift off from earth by all mean into space, which it was astronauts’ privilege in the past. Spacecraft and equipment (Se) will be essence for protecting Hb as they sail unchartered harsh circumstances

More boredom Hb sense as they learned more about earth, they sick of the political scheme, social structural, capital tide drive emotion and behavior. All of them will ultimately tire of living earth or maybe climate reason or whatever. For sooth their soul; they will venture into space with the help of space technology in a day. Spacecraft will be best sale item in the market in later century; spacecraft will be variety and versatile and even personal.

 As the space technology advance, make a craft and the craft launch will be much easier and easier than now, the quantities of craft surge in the space in a time, there are tiny craft, there are giant craft for Hb’s various needs. Countless spacecrafts dot the space close the earth. From the very beginning, every Se gets food; fuel; water; material supply from the base on earth. The hundreds years later, with technology advance further, base will be abandoned, which Se have a solution for survive without earth. Some of craft get all of Necessities from the space-stations, in which ecosystem is perfect like earth, in which metallurgy; agriculture; all kind of industry; information tech; biologic science; electronic; nuclear and more technology is perfect more than earth nowadays. Some of craft land back to earth for food, some of craft get water from comet that fly by, some of craft refuel from Jupiter, some of them land Mercury& Venus for craft’s shell or equipment’s material, some of them roaming around the space get food; water and supply from others giving. What we named as iHb is Hb inside Se. In a day, talented iHbs (engineers; scientist; experts; leaders; guard; and so on) are work side by side like a chain which it is for best adaptation of Se in space, we call this chain is Space-gene(S-gene). Eventually, spacecraft will feed by self, supply by self and even doctor by self with the hard work of S-gene.

 When time go by, Se evolve like everything else, they need teamwork for better future when iHbs are far away from earth that it is familiar in tens thousands years. Solar wind or magnetic field harm the craft easily, so with some craft else help will be much better for survive in the space as iHb wish. Lots Tiny one dock big one, they merged, they grow up big and big and bigger, every craft they merger do their own part of work, they work together and make it function well to defend the body and avoid the harmful universe radiation; solar wind power; gigantic electronic field. Eventually, space-creature (Sc) will be formed by thousands, millions, billions, trillions or googols more spacecrafts merged, there are diversified organ be developed, there are sophisticated skill been practiced. Surely, every Sc has different function and feature to protect itself and also its ability to survive with its own way, with skill accumulate during successive generation, there is fragile Sc, there is agile one, there is bulky one, there is strong one. Se is part of Sc, and so iHbs can communication face to face when they travel one Se to others in the same Sc. iHb have next generation nowhere but inside Se or inter-Se, iHb’s intellectual teamwork keep the Se work,  Se do their part to make the Sc more strong for survive. Did Se have dispute or conflict when situation is up to decided who shall charge the body of Sc? Conflict or dispute wane when iHbs negotiate and set a rule for Sc, but which way each Sc settles the conflict down by democracy or dictatorship is unknown, some of them work hard that all of the obstacle will be removed when S-gene develop the perfect system running inside Sc, there are a system that carry the resources from the space or outer space, there are a system that can process the resources to be the Necessities which we call it as Sc-nutrition that can keep iHb and Se and Sc alive, there are a system that discharge their waste, there are a sub-system that absorb water/food/oxygen/outfitting for every iHb from Sc-nutrition, and all of the system subject to the central control panel (we name it as Sc-brain), eventually hard-worker of Sc dominate the others and the space.

The system of Sc evolve with time pass by as it is floating the space, iHb have offspring inside Se, Se needs renewal, it is nature for iHb and Se travel around ,to get to somewhere unknown in the space, but now Se been positioned, iHbs been limited inside the Sc’s body, most of them tired. Some of iHb is discouraged by the ability of Sc that can’t travel father than they imagined. For iHb’s ambitious or may kill their sense of loneliness, they work much more productivity than prior that will accelerate that renew Se & innovate Sc; all of process turns out that the space spawns with numerous Sc and Se like vivid Sci-Fi alive.

 There are greatest idea ever emerge from the smartest Sc-gene that Sc shall have a own baby( Sc-baby) to carry the all-new Se and iHbs’  offspring away from elderly Sc that shall be abandoned, the rate of alive is low as Sc-seeds or Sc-eggs undock the mother Sc into the dangerous space to grow up. Some of them ponder more: Sc-baby footstep their predecessors, they will tend to produce offspring similarly characterized, it is too tradition, what if Sc-gene be reformed? Will it better Sc differentiate into opposite sex, female Sc and male Sc, and then Sc convey the fresh Sc-gene into opposite one by sex behavior, which please iHbs whose curiosity excite to see someone come from other Sc that their ancestors are brothers and sisters on earth millions years ago, which Sc-gene be restructured for stronger next generation. As universe environment changes, Sc-gene change the structure for offspring to adapt to new environment, S-gene smart enough to research how Sc to acclimatize.

Catalog the Sc-species by their behavior and feature when Sc crowds the space in solar system. Follow are, space disorder and Sc scramble for resources, as the consequence, the Showtime of prey and predator begin in space when aggressive Sc hunt directly from victims for resources. Predator catches and disintegrates the victim, victim being tear pieces and being processed by inner system of Sc, and be the nutrition of predator. Predator’s trophy in first time bold him do more aggressive in the next hunt.

It is not easy but has to learn the skill of escape and survive as a Prey who shadowed by horrific universe climate disaster and ruthless Sc-killer. Escape isn’t a great solution in each time for species survival, but group living or quantities strategy will be better, so, for avoiding race extinction, some of Sc-species win out with quantity, some of them with quality, some of them with group strategy.

So far in solar system, the stage of resources chain been set, it is: human being team up to be Space-DNA(S-DNA) inside spacecraft, core part of S-DNA is S-gene, S-gene’s intelligence organized and create the primitive Sc, billion years later, Sc differentiate, quantity surge, resources competition, killing begin, solar system balance by self ultimately.

Don’t forget about the spacecrafts who never merged and want to live single, these googols numbered single Spacecrafts adrift around the planet in solar system. At the universe time, their lifetime is instant, so, the quick they get resources to reproduce itself will be the better for survive. Most of them are moderate guy, but some of them are tough one, who attach and evade the Sc as possible as they can. These guys are lethal virus for some of Sc-species; they invade into the fissure of Sc, dismantle the defender, rob the source inside Sc body, and transform it to reproduce or multiply own offspring, cruel battle start between the spacecraft-invader and Sc-body-defender, tough invader win the war, Sc-body collapse, it is called the death of Sc, invader share the source of corpse of Sc, which can multiply offspring. Most of moderate invader will lose the battle unless Sc is ailing or vulnerable or elderly, some of moderate invader will cooperate with Sc, and will make mutual benefit, such as help Sc heal the wounds or position the sources in solar system and even help transmit signal to Sc-relatives, invader get necessities to reproduce offspring.

Some of smart tough spacecraft learned that collapse a Sc isn’t best solution for its own descendents to survive, there are a good idea under the S-gene of individual virus spacecraft indicate, they should win the war but do not destroy the whole system of Sc, instead, implant Protégé into the S-gene of Sc to mutate the S-gene, which will benefit the offspring generation by generation, even Sc have S-baby, these virus S-gene will be inherited into Sc-baby, therefore, these individual spacecraft never die out unless host Sc extinct, that is called genetic virus of Sc.

The peace of space is over but turns out that violent widespread among inter-Sc-species as intensified resources compete or greed, how freak space is, how horrific it is, there are robbing, there are hunting, there are killing, there are crying, there are disintegrating, there are rotting. Inevitably, Sc will develop some emotion (such as happiness, anger, sadness and joy), as Sc-brain rally all of S-DNAs to defend, to fight, to share, to see, to learn, to listen, to mercy. The rally of S-DNAs consume lots of fuel and materials, so it’s time to intake some resources as Sc-brain indicate and have a good rest that is shut down most of engines of all system of Sc-body except leave some guard to post the frontline by shift for alert and also leave some engineer to maintenance & fix the system of Sc run health.

How far your imagination is after trillion years of evolution of Sc-species, their size, their feature, their behavior, their emotion, their relationship, and their determination; all of all, the greater-greater complex society of Sc-species will be constructed in solar system. And ,also, the corpse of every Sc-species will be recycle over by over with time in solar system except some of them lost in outer space of edge of universe.

As mentioned, savage Sc-species are in lawless and disordered solar system will be balanced by universe, there will be one group of Sc-species dominates the space by the hard-work of intelligent S-gene in a time, no doubts, and replacement of dominator takes place from time to time by whatever means. Dominator set law and order, even unfair sometime, but it works , some Sc-species be part of Sc-jungle or Sc-forest that organize the basic material and ray of sun to be the Sc-nutrition for others, Some be S-nutrition carrier directly or indirectly, some be workers who construct space-shelter to nurse Sc-seedling or Sc-baby, some be officials who oversee others.

Communication is headache for inter- Sc when radio transmission is out of date, Sc should develop a system that can make the inter-Sc communicate easy, with the help with S-gene’s talent, sooner or later, Sc develop a system that can usher the wave or voice with some codes, and then be received, be decoded by others who will know what they think, what they want by the signal Sc sent. The code should be memorized as convenience of usage at next time. The memory pool of storage will flood with fragment of codes as time go by, defragment is important when read out by Sc’s will, as fragment of codes scattered at the memory pool, codes will be defragged at a time when Sc is resting and codes mess up at the memory pool.  In the process of defragment, some codes appear frequently like flash memory will be recalled non-logically in near term as Sc wake up, just not like other codes that store orderly and read out orderly, these recalled flash memory is called---dream.

中国共产党总是把一个共产党员的光荣归咎为全党的荣耀，并加以大力宣传。而把一个共产党员的罪恶归咎其个人，宣称与共产党无关，并加以掩盖，为的只是所谓的“党的光辉形象”，这种不负责任的小孩子的作风，并 有媒体和法律为其保驾护航，或多或少体现了中国共产党的领导有着严重的心理扭曲。这正是一切愚蠢和腐败的根源。中国人民会接受这样的政党来领导吗？请将宪法中“坚持中国共产党的领导”，警官誓言中“忠于中国共 产党”这些令人发麻恶心的东西划去，人们不需要。我们感谢无数为中国加入世界贸易组织努力过的人们，我们感谢无数为中国争取奥运会主办权努力过的人们，这些本该老早属于中国人民的事物，因为共产党的原因， 让我们迟到了这么多年，不过人们还是很高兴，因为中国人民不管经历过什么样的灾难都有不可磨灭的斗志。但同时我们现在面临着巨大的社会问题，我们要求投资力度加大的同时，要解决教育补助问题；医疗保健、医疗保险补助问题；失业问题；儿童、老年人福利问题；我们不希望看到父母因为孩子的学费问题搭进自己所有的收入而失去他们自己的生活，我们不希望看到自己的亲人因无钱医治大病而眼睁睁的看他离开这个世界，我 们不希望辛劳一辈子的人到头来住的还是贫民窟。我们不希望政府将纳税人的钱和通过彩票收集穷人的钱不用于以上项目，而去填补那些无法挽救的国有企业，为的仅仅只是中国共产党的面子，真令人心酸。如果这些问题没有解决好，中国的贫富差距将会进一步加大。中国的‘一党专制'已经成为中国进一步发展的绊脚石，我们需要理智的中国人民共同根除这颗绊脚石。

现在想对一些思想顽固的、自以为是的人说几句。 先生们，也许你今天掌权，也许你今天富有，可你过的愉快吗，你有没有想过你的孩子们，你的子孙们有一天 会是百姓，你希望他们生活在这样的政治体制下吗？如果不，为什么不改变，为什么不马上开始，请看看我们 周围的可爱的脸庞吧！为什么不让他们带着更多的微笑而不是忧伤呢？先生们放下包袱吧！让你们自己，也让中国人民过得轻松点吧。

中国媒体的主编们，或许你们做了很多令无数记者和人民伤心的蠢事；中国的书记们，或许你们做了很多令无 数令公职人员和人民难受的蠢事。也许这些不是你们的罪过，而是中国共产党的。可你们的罪恶只有你们自己最 清楚，人们无暇顾及，人们只希望生活过的安逸点....心里感觉舒畅点。人们会宽容历史的，但决不希望愚蠢继续。
我们组织了新的政党来挑战中国共产党，我们的价值观是：

机会均等
谦虚庄重
权力体现职责
让辛劳的人得到更多
更有意义的人生价值

我们努力实现在中国进行多党‘竞岗上政’；努力使中国的立法、司法、军事、工会、媒体，脱离政党；努力实 现政府代表大多数人的意愿；努力实现中国人民在自由、和平的国家里发展；努力实现台湾回归。中国共产党 不再是小孩子了，总应该敢于正面的迎接挑战吧！或许中国共产党会用监狱、子弹来震慑一些思想受过奴化的 人们，但自古以来这种做法都无法阻止历史的前进。如果共产党不再受欢迎的话，希望有风度点。过去，我们 的国家有无数的社会问题，而被罪恶的媒体掩盖了；现在，我们的国家同样有无数的社会问题，而无耻的媒体 还想试图掩盖；人们已经受够了，人们不需要中国共产党的伪善。社会问题需要的是我们去面对、去解决，而不是愚蠢 的回避。一个国家需要的是治理，而不是粉饰。

                              5天前，我的亲戚接到一个男子的电话，称他知道失踪5个月左右的我亲戚的女儿的下落，他说在歌舞厅里认识了她的，她请求这个男子打电话给她家人来救她回家，我和亲戚即刻赶到江苏省镇江地区丹阳市皇塘镇，并向当地警员求救，警员有点勉强的接受我们的请求，并说，那个歌舞厅是合法正规经营场所。半个多小时后，我们出发找到当地的锦绣歌舞厅，在这里我们见到了亲戚的女儿，冬天没穿袜子，全身皮肤有复杂的疾病，当我们来到楼上时，看到的是极不卫生的场所（疾病很容易泛滥），女孩们就在这里被老板作为的赚钱工具、饥渴男人的消遣工具。同时这里的老板娘塞给警员中华烟，警员欣然的接受，警员叫我们带孩子回去就行了，不要管其他的事，我们三个从常州坐车回来，而歌舞厅里其他的女孩仍然活在地狱中。一路上，我亲戚的女儿说清了这个歌舞厅的情况，我们一路上做出了分析：

1.       一些小学毕业或初中毕业的女孩，因为不了解外面的世界，又想看一看外面的世界，离家出走，来到陌生的地方，需要找一份工作活下来，脆弱的女孩刚好成了利用的目标。

2.       受利益的驱使，职业介绍所骗取这些脆弱的女孩到歌舞厅，并不让这些孩子联系外界和家人，她们日复一日的做着取悦饥渴男人的工作，如果不干又受到老板的威胁。年龄最少的才13岁的小女孩。

3.       当地警员又是这个歌舞厅的常客，并收受贿赂，进一步恶化女孩们的希望。

4.       长期的折磨，使女孩们疾病缠身（老板是不舍得为她们治病的）；没有获救的希望使女孩们精神受到严重扭曲，她们只有通过烟酒打架来相互麻醉心灵。

5.       她们每个人都渴望回家，然而没有钱也有没有人帮她们回家。她们中间疾病泛滥，情绪错乱。

6.       我们分析：这样的歌舞厅全国应该是泛滥的，受害者是难以计数的。

7.       生命和权利遭受践踏的事在这个国家里，这仅仅只是冰山一角

8.       这是管理者的失职，管理者要马上辞职解散，让更有能力的人来管

我请求大家的支持，用我们大家的力量来帮助这些生活在地狱中的人们，我再一次请求你们的帮助，因为锦绣歌舞厅的天真的眼睛正等待着我们的行动；因为我们不希望自己所爱的人是下一个受害者，如果我们不马上行动的话。

可能的结果分析：

1.       这些女孩获救，被送回她们想要去的地方，其中一些孤儿或被父母抛弃的女孩需要进一步解决问题。

2.       这些女孩被老板和警员威胁：要求她们说是自愿的，如果调查的人来的时候。局面无法改变。

3.       我被送进监狱，因为掌权者说，我写这些引起民愤，危害社会稳定，说我造谣，污蔑权利机关，这是他们遮羞的常见手段。这些女孩的局面无法预测。

4.       社会冷漠，管理者冷漠，女孩们没有了希望，她们往后的人生只充满对世界的仇恨。

各方观点：

1.       女孩们：

a)         中国女孩：天呀，我的上司骚扰、歧视我，我该怎么办，唉！要是我老爸有钱有权势，我才不愿意在这里被人家欺负呢？都怪我命苦，还是找个有钱人嫁了算了，贫穷就被人欺负啊！别说我贪财啊，我是害怕被人欺负。

b)        民主国家的女孩：先干一年的服务生，积累点钱，再去贷点款，明年报个好点的大学，听说耶鲁法学院还行，这年头只有受教育才有出路啊。什么！！！老板、上司敢歧视、欺负、骚扰我当服务生的，我马上写封信给律师，把老板、上司送入监狱。

2.       警员：这年头，真累，人家开好车，住好房，我没钱累个半死，拿那点小钱，怎么活啊，人家既然有求于我，我拿点也是应该的，家里人和朋友才会羡慕我啊，说我会赚钱，当警员、公务员好啊，一年下来不少钱，又不会被欺负，所以啊，我也是被社会逼得。别说我不好。

3.       歌舞厅老板：我没有什么本事，没有工作，又没有什么资源，我还需要钱花，我还要旅游，我不欺负别人，我怎么能实现自己的梦想呢？反正我不欺负这些小女生，其他人也会欺负的，别说我坏啊，这个社会逼我的，你看看这些警员，这些税务局的，他们只不过是披着羊皮的狼，他们吃我的，喝我的，免费玩，如果他们占着权势欺负我，我也只能欺负别人，别说我坏啊。

4.       当权者：我们的国家工作人员呢，绝大部分都是好的啊，也难免有些害群之马啊！请人民群众支持我们的工作啊，你们不要把事情搞大了啊，对社会的影响不好啊，还有啊不可以污蔑权威和造谣，否则是犯法的啊，我们政府是为人民服务的，请相信党和政府啊。（逃避责任的人也是这么说的）

5.       媒体：

a)         新闻自由的国家：赶紧去采访，别被其他公司抢先了，因为收视率高，就赚大钱了

b)        新闻由执政者控制的国家：不可以扩大民众的愤怒情绪，否则权利就会摇晃了

6.       民众：

a)         热心的人说：报警，救救这些无辜的孩子

b)        冷漠的人说：反正这个社会就这样，我自己受到伤害欺负都没人理我，我干嘛管别人死活啊

c)        理智的人说：政府失职，像民主国家一样，没有能力管理的政府就要解散，让有能力的人来组成新政府管理，占着茅坑不拉屎，你们不脸红么？

整体解决方案：

1．  掌权者要时时刻刻受到竞争压力，才会好好干活，否则走人

2．  新闻媒体要时时刻刻挖出丑陋和肮脏的交易，让其无处可藏（不管是总统、市长、还是平民）

3．  新闻媒体要处于中间立场，代表大众利益，而不可以作为掌权者的喉舌，否则肮脏永远被隐藏

4．  掌权者有义务创造更多就业机会，让没有本事，没有工作，没有资源的人获得生活的来源和培训教育机会，而不是通过欺压弱小、偷盗、卖淫、赌博、组织性犯罪

5．  掌权者有义务消除工作性质的歧视，工作等级的歧视，女性在工作中要有强硬的法律和工人联合会保护免受性骚扰，侵犯；掌权者有义务消除职位提升和薪水多少靠卖笑、奉承、贿赂、关系网。因为只有人的权利得到保障才会爱自己的工作，人的心才会平静，才不会想方设法相互欺压，对别人冷漠，才不会走极端的行为。

6．  掌权者和媒体有义务让公众知道节制个人贪婪欲望膨胀的重要意义

7．  资本和资源持有者进一步搜刮资源的时候，就是弱势个体资源被夺走，掌权者要明白贫富差距拉大，不是工资问题，而是资源是否合理分配，权利是否得到保障。

8．  法律要严格执行，不管是总统、市长、还是平民，在法律面前，只有公正才能让人心服，否则就是掌权者失职，掌权者要走人。（这一点中国做的很糟糕）

9．  掌权者有义务创造这样的氛围：只要努力，人人都可以实现自己的梦想，而不是看老爸是谁。（中国的关系网是全球臭名昭著的）

10．          任何掌权者的政策，媒体不能只作为该政策的促销工具，媒体都要将其公开的做出正反两面的对比分析，这样掌权者才不会狂妄，弱势群体才可能避免被侵犯。
